Chicken

Pasture Raised Chicken -$3.60/lb

  • Available July -November or till supplies last.
  • In 2016 our birds weighed 5-8 lbs
  • Also available are chicken feet, soup hens, and slow-cooking cockerals

Beef

Grass Finished Beef - Cuts available year round, Please inquire for a current price list for Individual cuts.

  • Variety Pack: 10lbs of beef for $55 (may include roast, steaks, ground, ribs, and/or stew)
  • Bulk is available by ordering in advance and is ready in the fall to early winter.
  • Bulk prices: (whole, half or quarter) $3.25/lb on hanging weight(approximately 325lb for a half)
  • Cut and Wrap fees through Model Meats in Watrous or Prime Meats in St Gregor come to approximately $1/lb(Please note that sausage making is more expensive.)

         

Pork

Pastured Pork -Available bulk or individual cuts year round, Please inquire for a current price list for Individual cuts

  • Bulk (half or whole animal) $2.50/lb hanging weight  (approximately 160-200lb whole)
  • Cut and Wrap fees through Model Meats in Watrous or Prime Meats in St Gregor come to approximately $1/lb(Please note that sausage making is more expensive.)
  • Variety Pack: 10lbs of pork for $45 (may include roast, bacon, chops, ground, and/or hocks)
