- Variety Pack: 10lbs of beef for $55 (may include roast, steaks, ground, ribs, and/or stew)
- Bulk is available by ordering in advance and is ready in the fall to early winter.
- Bulk prices: (whole, half or quarter) $3.25/lb on hanging weight(approximately 325lb for a half)
- Cut and Wrap fees through Model Meats in Watrous or Prime Meats in St Gregor come to approximately $1/lb(Please note that sausage making is more expensive.)
